About the project
The ToT 2024 is a professional development course that brings together experienced trainers, facilitators, and project managers from across Europe to:

Foster international cooperation between diverse organizations and individuals.

Develop impactful projects for the upcoming Erasmus+ period.

Build skills in social inclusion and solidarity practices.

Equip participants to design and deliver high-impact training sessions
Training Structure

The program emphasized practical application, with participants engaged in theories such as Behaviorism, Constructivism, and Transformative Learning.

Activities were conducted in a collaborative setting, using the "Developing by Sharing" methodology to foster peer-to-peer learning and self-improvement.
Participant Profile

Open to youth workers with prior experience in training, facilitation, or project management in Erasmus+ initiatives.

Participants were expected to have delivered at least two days of workshops in the youth field and demonstrated proficiency in digital tools and English.

NECI mission
NECI is a non profit, Non-governmental organization. Willing European volunteers from different backgrounds aim to collaborate to assist on

the same vision: Equal and decent opportunities on lifelong learning, on health and on enjoying a
