Training of Trainers (T.O.T.) Level 1: Project Retrospective
Training Course (T.O.T. Level 1) that was organized and hosted by NECI Cyprus in November 2025.
The project was designed to promote Non-Formal Learning through which representatives of the partner organizations shared personal and professional experiences , contributed based on their competences , worked collaboratively irrespective of background , and developed a program that met the following objectives:

Objective 1: It fostered international cooperation between experienced and less experienced organizations and individuals, as well as between the target group and youth workers, who aimed for eliminating discrimination and marginalization through social inclusion practice.

Objective 2: It aimed to develop projects to leave an efficient impact for the next Erasmus period on the topic of social inclusion and intercultural learning.

Objective 3: It worked to develop skills and competences for youth workers for improving solidarity and social awareness.

Objective 4: It developed competences of youth workers to design their own sessions and work at an international level of trainings based on social inclusion.
The project also met International, EU, and E+ objectives because it:

Encouraged participation of youth workers, especially those with fewer opportunities.

Secured a safe and pleasant Non-Formal (NF) learning environment.

Promoted the development of learning outcomes and improvement of basic key competences.

Promoted practices for intercultural learning, equity, and social inclusion.

Was a project from youth workers to youths and the community.
The Training was held in Cyprus, hosted by NECI EU , and had the following specific objectives:

(a) It increased awareness of the positive impact of Non-Formal Education and inclusive practices for personal and professional improvement.

(b) It developed youth workers’ 'learning to learn' competence with the main aim to influence youths and the local community in developing opportunities for well-being and social inclusion.

(c) It offered a safe and educative space for learning by sharing to all participants irrespective of skills and background and promoted non-formal learning on the base of Inclusive practices.

(d) It explored and helped participants understand the power of intercultural learning and dialogue for tackling global problems.

(e) It developed young trainers to an extent where they could apply theories and practices of pedagogy into NFE for more effective and improved impact.

(f) It created tangible and intangible results that could sustain the project impact.
