About the Project

Project Summary
This project was designed to promote Non-Formal Learning, through which representatives of the partner organizations shared personal and professional experiences, contributed based on their competencies, worked collaboratively regardless of their backgrounds, and developed a program that met the following objectives:

Objective 1: International cooperation was fostered between experienced and less-experienced organizations and individuals, as well as between the target group, youths, and youth workers. Their aim was to eliminate discrimination and marginalization through social inclusion practices.
​
Objective 2: The project developed initiatives intended to leave a lasting impact on the next Erasmus period, focusing on the development of key competencies.
​
Objective 3: It helped youths develop skills and competencies to enhance entrepreneurship and employability.
​
The project also aligned with international, EU, and Erasmus+ objectives because it:

Encouraged the participation of youth workers and youths, especially those with fewer opportunities.

Secured a safe and pleasant non-formal learning environment.

Promoted the development of:

Learning outcomes and improvement of basic key competencies.

Practices for intercultural learning, equity, and social inclusion.

A youth worker-led initiative that benefited youths and the community.

Venue
Arrival: 22/02/2025 (arrival) to 02/03/2025 (departure)
Accommodation: SEK Appartments Paralimni. Apartments with 2 rooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, private shower, kitchen, fridge,
AC, TV). They stayed 3-4 persons per apartment.
